These terms apply to all services, information products, and goods provided by RoomsTopSet.

3. Services

RoomsTopSet offers personalized room top arrangement consultations and styling sessions. These services include in-person and virtual appointments designed to help you create the perfect layout.

4. Information Products

RoomsTopSet provides digital guides, design templates, and video tutorials on room top arrangement ideas.

5. Goods

RoomsTopSet sells decorative items and accessories related to room top arrangements, available for purchase online.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may reschedule appointments free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the allocation of consultant hours.

All service refunds or credits will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6.2 Information Products

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, the product must not have been fully downloaded or accessed.

Approved refunds for information products are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Charges and Payments

All fees are stated in CAD and payable at the time of order or booking. RoomsTopSet accepts major credit and debit cards as indicated during checkout.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled following the rules set out in section 6.1.
